We're seeking a Technical Trainer to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering top-tier technical and operator training. Based at a purpose-built, state-of-the-art training facility, you'll be shaping the skills of future technicians and supporting the dealer and customer network across the agricultural industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and delivering engaging technical courses, in person and virtually
Creating blended learning content, including digital modules and assessments
Keeping pace with evolving technologies and adapting training accordingly
Supporting dealers and customers by promoting best practices and technical excellence
Collaborating with a growing team of trainers to continuously evolve training deliveryWhat You'll Need:

A solid background as a service technician or engineer within agricultural machinery
Deep technical knowledge of tractors, including engines, hydraulics, and electrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong IT skills across MS Office and modern learning platforms
Recognised qualifications in agricultural or mechanical engineering
Previous training experience is welcomed but not essential,  attitude and passion are keyWhat's In It For You:
