You'll ensure accurate documentation, smooth processing of renewals and endorsements, and effective communication between clients, insurers, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue policy documentation, endorsements, and certificatesProcess renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellationsLiaise with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth placementsSupport brokers in managing a diverse Property & Casualty portfolioMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and market standardsAssist with market submissions and coordinate insurer responsesContribute to continuous improvements in workflow and client service deliveryAbout YouMinimum 2 years' experience in a broker support, account handling, or technician role within Property & Casualty insuranceStrong technical knowledge of P&C insurance productsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to liaise with clients and insurersComfortable working independently in a remote environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with broking/insurance systemsWhat's on Offer?? £35,000 base salary + annual performance bonus�?
