A Construction Consultancy with an established, friendly CDM team is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to take on a key role managing a longstanding client relationship across a portfolio of scenic London developments. The Senior CDM Principal Designer's role
The appointed Senior CDM Principal Designer will:
* Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations
* Lead on all health and safety coordination across design stages
* Manage and develop a trusted client account
* Attend design meetings and monitor compliance from concept through to delivery
* Offer leadership and mentoring to junior staff where needed
The Senior CDM Principal Designer
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a CDM Principal Designer role (essential)
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar (essential)
* TechIOSH or higher (preferred)
* APS Membership (preferred)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage projects in a design-led environment
