This temporary job could be long term, but for the right person, it could move to permanent
School experience is not essential, but Reception/office experience is. Training will be given, for the right match and you do not need experience on any of the school systems, but at present they use SIMs and Satchel.
Main Purpose of Job To provide a warm courteous welcome for all visitors and guests and to assist the Deputy Business Support Manager, by providing admin duties as required including photocopying.
You will undertake reception, hospitality and first aid duties.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all staff seeking assistance. To lead and manage specific designated areas of special responsibility under the guidance of the Deputy Business Support Manager. The current range of specific responsibilities are varied.
The hours ideally 8am to 4.30 but have to be able to do at least #removed#
Monday to Friday
39 weeks per year so Term time only.
A full JD is available
You will be required to have an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
