The Director of Operations position will be responsible for overseeing the store managers and daily operations of all The restaurants locations in the downtown Chicago to Suburbs area.
The Director of Ops will be responsible for keeping stores in compliance with corporate standards, enforcing company policies, taking actions to increase weekly sales, and meeting or exceeding food and labor budget goals.
He/She will support each of the store's GM's and work with them to uphold companies standards and brand when hiring store level employees.
Minimum of 5+ years of prior restaurant experience including strong single-unit performance and experience leading/managing multi-unit initiatives;
