As a Sous Chef your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving freshly made meals in a high-volume setting.
Performing cleaning duties and ensuring food safety.
Ordering and controlling stock effectively.
Creating specials to enhance the menu.
Utilizing your previous experience as a Chef.
Delivering dishes that consistently meet the Head Chef's standards.
