Your new company My client are a professional network of healthcare professionals operating in private practice and supporting over 3500 members. They were established in 1952 and have grown significantly in that time. They pride themselves on their company values and culture and are looking for a like minded experienced Administrator to join them.

Your new role Working alongside the leadership team you will assist and support the appointed committee members to ensure delivery of the organisations intent, strategies and culture and to champion the implementation of their commercial vision.
You will be involved in the management of the communication strategy including social media presence, in championing brand identity to support tone of voice and brand via website and social media platforms.
Supporting projects and providing administrative support where required.

What you'll need to succeed You will need a high level of attention to detail, have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) have excellent IT skills eg Word, Outlook and Excel. Be adaptable to enable you to complete one off tasks and projects in a specific time frame, to learn and develop a range of processes to support other roles within their small team.

What you'll get in return You will work in a pleasant location on the outskirts of Northampton, close to local transport links and with free parking on site. You will benefit from 28 days holiday including BH (increasing with service), annual pay review, a work place pension and a personal development plan. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch and Friday 9am to 4.30pm with half an hour lunch.
