About the Role
Riverside is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Marsh Way House for a short-term period of approximately 13 weeks. This pivotal role involves supporting individuals with complex needs and managing a dynamic caseload.
You’ll be delivering tailored, housing-related support to vulnerable service users—helping them move toward greater independence and stability in their lives.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience working with vulnerable individuals
- Strong background in housing support services
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and resilience
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude and commitment to person-centred care
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting residents with day-to-day tasks, wellbeing goals, and housing stability
- Managing case records, liaising with external agencies and services
- Contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for all residents
- Working as part of a rota that includes morning and evening shifts, plus weekend coverage
