We are supporting an IFA covering the South West of Englandseeking Independent Form F Assessor's to join our regional pool. This role is strictly task-based, focusing on the delivery of high-quality, analytical assessments of prospective foster carers within a defined 12-week timeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive home-based interviews utilizing the Form F framework.
Produce evidence-based reports analyzing family dynamics, parenting capacity, and resilience.
Coordinate statutory checks and third-party references to meet Ofsted and National Minimum Standards.
Present your final assessment to the Fostering Panel and provide a professional recommendation.
RequirementsQualified Social Worker (SWE Registered).
Proven experience in completing Form F assessments
Exceptional analytical writing skills and the ability to meet strict 12-week deadlines.
Own transport and willingness to travel for home visits.
