Step into a fast-paced, high-performing flagship store in the heart of Canary Wharf. We’re looking for a confident, proactive Senior Supervisor who can lead from the front, support a growing team, and keep the store running to exceptional standards every single day.

You’ll be the bridge between store teams and senior management, helping deliver smooth operations, strong sales performance, and an outstanding customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day store activity and lead by example
  • Support Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors across the store
  • Work closely with Senior Management and head office to roll out new initiatives
  • Get involved in promotions, peak trading periods, events and campaign days
  • Maintain high standards in customer service, merchandising and store presentation

Team Development

  • Train, coach and uplift staff at all levels
  • Support the development of new Assistant Supervisors and Supervisors
  • Handle performance, attendance, and conduct issues professionally
  • Build a positive, motivating and collaborative store culture

Store Performance & KPIs

  • Review stock levels, waste, labour hours and sales performance
  • Work with the Area Manager on stock and inventory planning
  • Ensure rotas, holiday planning and store coverage are well managed
  • Keep the store compliant with company policies, best practices and standards

Customer & Compliance

  • Resolve customer queries and feedback quickly and professionally
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and act as Designated Alcohol Licence Holder
  • Ensure daily operations meet safety, legal and company requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Strong leadership experience in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confidence managing and developing a team
  • Knowledge of East Asian & South-East Asian food and drink is a bonus
  • Bilingual abilities in Mandarin & English
  • Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (training can be provided)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
