The Role of Financial Controller

* Run all financial reporting and deliver accurate, timely consolidated accounts

* Lead budgeting and forecasting with a laser focus on performance and profitability

* Drive tax compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory accuracy

* Manage cashflow, FX risk, treasury operations, and liquidity planning

* Build a culture of strong internal controls and financial discipline

* Oversee ERP improvements, automation, and reporting optimisation

* Mentor a finance team and influence senior stakeholders across the business

The Candidate for Financial Controller

* 5-10 years' financial leadership experience

* ACA/ACCA preferably with practice experience

* Strong systems and data capability (SAGE 200, ERP, advanced Excel)

* A detail-obsessed, commercially aware finance leader who thrives under pressure
