Position: Assistant Manager (Motor Trade)

Location: Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - THE ROLE:

A well-established company within the automotive industry are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team based in the Enfield area.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - KEY DUTIES:

* Carrying out general service and repair work to vehicles in the workshop

* Supporting General Manager with day-to-day running of the branch

* Supervising workshop staff to ensure timely completion of all tasks

* Coaching and mentoring new and existing team members

* Assisting Front of House with duties as required, maintaining high levels of customer service

* Ensure high standards are being adhered to at all times

* Completing work efficiently within required timeframes

ASSISTANT MANAGER (MOTOR TRADE) - REQUIRED SKILLS:

* NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in the relevant disciplines

* MOT License (advantageous, but not essential)

* Experience supervising/managing staff within the motor trade

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience delivering high levels of customer service

* Full UK Driving License
