As a Senior/Bid Manager, you'll lead on complex, high-value bids that align with client expectations and showcase the contractor's capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling proposals that stand out.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading the development of high-quality, client-focused bids

* Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to shape winning strategies

* Defining win themes and aligning them with client needs

* Creating and managing bid programmes and deliverables schedules

* Working closely with the Preconstruction team to agree on bid plans and timelines

What we are looking for:

* Industry specific knowledge of Bid Managing within the Construction market.

* Proven track record in the sector or similar role, preferably with a main contractor.

* Excellent written English and communication skills.

* Flexibility to meet time pressures to deliver high quality submissions on time.

* Excellent organisational skills.

* Adaptability and drive to progress the role into other areas including Business Development as and when necessary.

* A naturally inquisitive nature to challenge ideas and provide innovative solutions.

* Display a creative flair in their writing and ensuring high standards of accuracy and document control.

* Collaborative attitude an understanding of the importance of work winning strategies/themes/differentiators and their application into submissions
