Albion Search are currently working with a national fit-out contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced business with some interesting fit out projects across retail, high street and supermarket chains.

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with main contracting fit out experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop detailed cost plans

* Manage all commercial costs

* Interim valuations & final accounts

* Legal & Contractual compliance

* Negotiation of main & subcontractor costs

* Subcontract variation and change management

* Subcontract final account settlement

* CVR reporting

* Procurement

The client is paying between £50k - £60k plus car allowance and additional benefits and have a fantastic commercial team to work with.
