Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Early Years) – Up to £32,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | All-Year Round

Our client is a well-established nursery committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care. Located in a warm and welcoming setting, the nursery offers beautifully designed rooms tailored to different age groups—providing an enriching space for children to grow, play, and thrive.

 

They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, all-year round). This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive environment where staff wellbeing and professional growth are genuinely valued.

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Has previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Demonstrates a warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with children.
  • Is knowledgeable about the EYFS and committed to high standards of care and education.
  • Communicates effectively with families and colleagues.
  • Values inclusivity, creativity, and child-led learning.

What the role involves:

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0–5.
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Supporting children’s individual needs and development through tailored care and learning plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children’s progress and daily routines.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a safe, respectful culture at all times.
