We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team, working within the window and door industry across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Service, repair, and remedial works on uPVC and aluminium windows and doors

*

Carry out on-site inspections and surveys

*

Diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions

*

Complete fitting and installation work where required

*

Provide a professional and reliable service to customers

*

Accurately complete job reports and paperwork

Requirements

*

Previous experience within the window and door industry (essential)

*

Strong background in fitting, installing, and surveying uPVC and aluminium windows and doors

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Willingness to travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

*

Good communication and customer service skills
