Cashiers are responsible for taking payments from customers, making change, and giving receipts. They are responsible for operating a computer terminal or cash register depending on the location. Daily Station Reports are required which may include incorporation of reports from the parking management system. You will perform duties that relate directly to offer exemplary customer service to our guests.
You may be required to ensure that charges are posted to guests rooms, track tickets & keys as well as answer requests for items retrieved from cars.
Present a customer service oriented image at all times Interact positively and pleasantly with customers and employees.
Make eye contact with each customer and greet with a friendly smile.
Communicate with guests.
Dealing with money.
Complete DSR (daily station reports).
Hand out tickets (self parking).
Post tickets (Self parking/ Valet).
Answer the telephone calls from guests.
Request cars for guests.
Must be able to operate computers and any software associated with our automated parking systems.
Maintain knowledge of all special rates, charges to master accounts, discounts, promotions, special offers, etc.
Resolve minor customer complaints or concerns.
You may be required to ensure that charges are posted to guest rooms, track tickets & keys as well as answer requests for items retrieved from cars.
