This is a highly collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in shaping strategic direction, supporting senior leaders, and driving transparent, future-focused financial planning.You’ll be joining a well-established Financial Planning & Reporting function that partners closely with leadership teams to ensure financial resources are used effectively and aligned to strategic objectives.As an Interim Finance Business Partner, you’ll support senior stakeholders across a broad remit. The focus is firmly on strategic planning and forward-looking financial insight, with the opportunity to influence key decision-making.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for your assigned areas
  • Providing strategic insight, challenge and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable messages
  • Supporting business cases, transformation activity and ongoing service improvements
  • Ensuring strong financial control, governance and compliance
  • Working closely with wider finance teams to drive consistency and continuous improvement

You’ll be a qualified accountant with experience operating at a senior business partnering level. You'll bring:

  • Robust experience in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and performance reporting
