As an Apprentice/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will start off working with an experienced Consultant; finding candidates, sourcing/ qualifying leads, organising interviews and referencing candidates. Throughout the process you will receive full recruitment training to equip you with all the recruitment skills required to perform each task to a high level and eventually run your own desk.

We are looking for people who can eventually move into a supervisory role.
