Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Cornwall as they look to expand their Planning team. This dynamic and forward-thinking practice offers an exciting opportunity for two talented Town Planners to join their established and growing team.

The consultancy is renowned across the South West and beyond for delivering high-quality Planning, Architecture, and Landscape Architecture services. Their planners are involved in a diverse range of projects, from complex planning applications to strategic development proposals, playing a key role in shaping sustainable, high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

The Role

You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to varied and impactful projects. The successful candidates will demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning role
A planning-related degree or qualification (desirable)
A proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach
Experience handling a range of planning application types and sizes
RTPI membership is desirable, but not essential - full support will be provided towards chartershipWhat's on Offer

Competitive salary £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
