EA To Inspirational Founder

This inspirational female entrepreneur who is the Founder of a fabulous consumer brand requires a dynamic, driven, empathetic and bright individual to not only provide PA support but to also shadow her in all aspects of growing her magnificent company. For example, events, PR, social media, research, brainstorming, personal tasks and so so much more. It will suit someone who wants to be an ambassador for the brand and believes in her values and long term aspirations. You will part of a brilliant team in gorgeous offices where culture and work life balance are cherished. You will need to have your finger on the pulse when it comes to London culture and have an interest in FMCG, fashion trends and social responsibility and be full of creative ideas and want to add value at every possible opportunity.

No day will be the same however the role will incorporate the following:


  • Being the first point of contact for everyone
  • 360 diary support: managing time to best effect. This includes all travel (national and international). Freeing up space in the diary to make sure there is ample time for ‘thinking’
  • Overseeing all meetings to make sure the MD is involved in the things that are important, whilst keeping her out of the things that are not
  • Drafting briefings, agendas and presentations for meetings
  • Undertaking ad hoc research tasks
  • Processing ad hoc expenses
  • Managing the schedule of key stakeholder meetings
  • Working closely with PR agency
  • Hunting out key events, conferences, celebrations etc that the MD should go to
  • Being your bosses eyes and ears: highlighting relevant trends, events, news, updates etc through daily/weekly updates
  • Brainstorming – taking on briefs, assimilating key info and coming up with ideas
  • Pre-empting issues/problems and dealing with them as they arise


  • Booking all personal commitments (e.g. health appointments and check-ups, friend/family get togethers, meals out, parties etc.)
  • Managing all travel commitments: transfers, flights, accommodation, itineraries, visas, etc.
  • Being on top of important annual calendar dates (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries etc), suggesting, purchasing and wrapping gifts
  • Tracking all important documents, ensuring all is up to date (e.g. passport, driving licence, residents permit, tax and MOT for car, insurance policies etc)
  • Helping organise events
  • Helping to keep home life running seamlessly, be it running last minute errands, sorting dry cleaning, life admin and managing contractor visits etc
  • Being an overall good listener and right-hand support

Ideally, we need you to have…

  • Top prioritisation skills
  • Proven diary management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech proficiency: G Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and social media (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter etc)
  • Bags of initiative and positive energy
  • An assertive yet empathic nature
  • A solution focused approach: being able to overcome huddles, presenting a solution not a problem

The ideal person will have a minimum of 3 years PA experience and will thrive in a high energy, fast paced and creative environment. This is a special job for a special individual supporting a fabulous business woman and the scope for growth is huge.
