What’s Required?The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a Team Leader role, ideally around Property or Facilities Management

• A recognised health & safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH)

• Knowledge of building safety standards and servicing regulations

• Strong organisational and data management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership ability
