Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming secondary school in Greenwich. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately - an excellent opportunity to make a lasting difference to students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs

Implement tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviour and engagement

Assist teachers in promoting a calm and focused learning environment

Build trusted relationships to support students' wellbeing and progress

We're looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, or similar settings)

Bring a calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students

Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply)

Are available full-time for a long-term position
