This role suits someone with an engineering and/or business background who enjoys combining technical know-how with customer support and commercial coordination. You'll handle client queries, support product demonstrations, update CRM system, generate sales reports, and provide technical insight to strengthen both product performance and sales strategy. Strong communication, organisational skills, and confidence in working with technical products are key.
