As a Revit Technician, you will be working on a variety of exciting projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed 3D models and technical drawings, working closely with architects and engineers to bring designs to life. The role is office-based 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating detailed and accurate Revit models and technical drawings
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices
Supporting project teams with model coordination and clash detection
Managing and updating project documentation as requiredWhat We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail
Experience in the architectural or construction sectors (preferably 2+ years)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software
Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
