Academics are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our fantastic primary schools in Gravesend, starting in September. Whether you're working 1:1 or within the classroom, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils' development and wellbeing.

A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is ideal, but not essential for the right experience and attitude.

This Teaching Assistant role involves:

Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Assisting with lesson delivery, classroom management and pupil engagement
Providing support to pupils with SEN needs
Creating a fun, nurturing, and inclusive environmentWe're looking for someone who:

Has experience working in a primary classroom
Is confident, proactive and adaptable
Is a team player with a positive outlook
Has a real passion for supporting children with additional needs
