Registered Manager - Home Care Service

In this key role, you'll:

What you'll bring:

* Experience in care management and team leadership

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* Commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred care

* Have a Level 5

* Registered Manager experience

* Registered Manager to manage our home care service.

If you have excellent knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements, strong communication skills and experience managing staff we'd like to hear from you.

Desirable but not essential:

* Financial & business acumen

* Train the trainer qualifications

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager
