Responsibilities:

* To be successful as a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you should have a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills.

* Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.

* Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.

* You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.

In return our client is offering you a £70,000-£80,000 salary with a rewarding and beneficial package to match.
