Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Working for a lovely Client in Bradley Stoke. Monday to Friday standard office hours.
Responsible for: Customer liaison and managing customer expectations.Purpose: To provide administration support for the Customer Support team as and when required.
Key Responsibilities1. Record accurate information and determine next course of action, referring to the customer support team manager/specialist or other departments (as appropriate).2. Monitor the production platform, ensuring all new tasks received are entered correctly by the client, assigned to the appropriate team, any information updated as required and any completed items closed.3. Support clients with deadlines and ensure they are set as agreed in the task system.4. Understand the full criteria for assigning tasks within the team.5. Liaise with customers to manage expectations.6. Support the workflow appropriately from a Customer Support Desk perspective.7. Liaise with team managers as and when required to ensure understanding of all necessary aspects and needs of customer requirements.8.
