We have an exciting opportunity to join an established maintenance team as a Multi Skilled Electrician.
Permanent - Staff position
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,225 per annum OTE £43,000 p/a (including standby).

What you will be doing:
* Carrying out electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled tasks in domestic and commercial properties
* Delivering high-quality work that meets safety and regulatory standards
* Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of your role
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in domestic and commercial property maintenance
* Has strong communication skills and can engage confidently with a wide range of people
* Is customer-focused and passionate about delivering a first-class repairs service
You must have:
* NVQ/City & Guilds qualification as an Electrician
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
* Testing & Inspection qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven experience working in a customer-focused environment
