Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a well established, growing and exciting business as they expand their team and recruit for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a newly created role to join their expanding HR function within the Tech division.
Reporting into the HR BP, you will be joining a busy, fast paced function, who offer a fantastic inclusive, supportive and friendly culture. As they grow they seek a recruitment professional who can be passionate about the candidate journey, company branding, and ED&I, whilst attracting exciting new talent to the business!
This candidate will focus on managing the full end to end recruitment process across their Tech and marketing divisions, right up to senior Exec level. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a number of divisions, making key decisions in managing the recruitment process for their vacancies as they grow.
Having IT or digital recruitment experience is essential as they recruit high number of software developers. This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertising roles on local job boards, choosing your suppliers and which avenues to recruit through. You will be responsible for the candidate journey and candidate pipelines for future opportunities, all the while living and breathing the company values and culture. You will act as a key mentor for the team to support development opportunities. Supporting the HRBP, you will also be involved in key projects, predominantly around company branding, candidate experience, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion which the business are hugely passionate about! You will be analytical in your approach, reporting on key recruitment metrics for the management team, focusing on time to hire, and candidate statistics. This is an exciting and fast paced role!
