Children's Residential Deputy Manager
- Location: Letchworth Garden City
- Salary: £33.6k - £34.8k + £4,000-£8,000 for sleep-ins
- Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
- Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence
About the Role:
We are seeking a Children's Residential Deputy Manager to join our team, providing therapeutic care and support for young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care.
Act as a role model, fostering a positive environment.
Oversee daily operations, budgets, and rotas.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
Work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in Residential Children's Care.
NVQ Level 4 in Management/Childcare (or willing to work towards).
Strong leadership & organisational skills.
