Your role as a Deputy Manager:

  • Lead shifts, supervise staff, ensure compliance with placement plans, policies, and procedures, while prioritising the educational needs of the children.

Requirements:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people.
  • Have a valid UK Driving Licence.
