They provide learners qualifications via a blended learning approach whilst maintaining a high quality standard by carefully selecting their trainers. They are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Team Leading and Management Skills Coach to join their growing team.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Team Leading and Management Skills Coach you will be responsible for:
- Delivering qualifications to learners via a blended delivery method meaning it will be part face to face and part online
- Maintaining own caseload and ensuring a timely completion
- Supporting all learners through their journey to gateway
- Uploading all relevant documents on an E-Portfolio system
- Creating additional learning materials for the learners
- You will be responsible for ensuring all the learners are completing assessments on time

Experience and Skills:
As a Team Leading and Management Skills Coach you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification such as (TAQA/CAVA/PTLLS/DTLLS/CTLLS/D33/D32/ECT)
- Ability to manage own caseload of learners
- Good organisation and communication skills
- IT literate
- Have previous experience in delivering Team Leading and Management Qualifications
- Experience of working within the FE sector, in particular, knowledge of Apprenticeships
