What You'll Be Doing:

• Business Development: Proactively engage with clients across West Berkshire covering junction 8 to 14 of the M4. Build long-term relationships and win new business.

• Client Meetings: Visit clients on-site to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Candidate Sourcing: Use advertising, referrals, and networking to find top finance talent.

• Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced Recruiter or B2B sales professional:Ideally experienced running a temps recruitment desk (any sector).

• BD Background: Confident making 50 to 60 sales calls daily.
