We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our small, friendly and hard-working team at our office in Swindon. The role is available immediately on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week worked across Monday to Friday).
The Administrator role encompasses the following duties.
Duties
- Receive, sort, and deal with mail (ingoing and outgoing), and deliveries.
- Scanning and attaching to systems, photocopying.
- Ensure common areas such as meeting rooms and kitchen are clean and presentable at all times.
- Support the team with administration and ad-hoc requests.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Make refreshments (hot and cold drinks, organising lunches if requested).
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Take messages accurately and relay the messages immediately.
- Provide information to callers.
Requisite Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Professional and strong written and spoken English;
- Welcoming, helpful and friendly demeanour;
- Have a helpful and "can-do’approach";
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Proactive attitude and ability to prioritise;
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality;
- Ability to maintain strict levels of confidence and discretion is essential;
- Capable of working alone or part of a team.
This list is not exhaustive and the Administrator may be requested to carry out any reasonable duty to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
