Office and Project Coordinator

West End

Up to £30K

10-12 month contract - potential for extension

The Client:

A sustainable and creative commercial interiors business based in the heart of Mayfair.

The Role:

A varied and involved maternity cover role providing support to the office. The role will involve (but is not limited to):

Project Administration and Support

  • Management of Project Management database
  • Assisting teams with pitch documentation
  • Creation of Resident newsletters
  • Taking minutes in project team workships and distributing / assisting with content
  • General project administrative support

Office and Business Administration

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and whole team
  • First point of contact for all enquiries
  • Ordering stationery
  • Liaising with outsourced IT / tech company
  • Arranging internal events
  • Assisting Design team with marketing and ad-hoc tasks
  • Ad-hoc administration.

Candidate Profile:

  • Enthusiastic and muck-in approach!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adept at managing a busy workload and prioritising
  • Experience of MS Office, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Some previous administrative experience desirable.

Additional Information:

Salary for this Office and Project Coordinator role is up to circa £30K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits. Hours are 9am - 5:30pm and the business is currently operating a hybrid working policy.

This is a maternity cover contract wtih potential for extension or further opportunities as the company continues to grow. Our client is ideally looking for someone to start in March 2022, with interviews taking place in January.
