Building, fitting, and maintaining campervans with full conversions and interior fit-outs
Fabricating and welding aluminium and steel components for bespoke projects
Mechanical tasks including engine conversions, brake systems, and servicing
Joinery and cabinetry work for customised interiors
Working with 12V electrical systems, including wiring and electrical installation
Operating power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every buildRequirements as a Campervan Conversion Technician:

Minimum of 2 years relevant trade experience, ideally in campervan, motorhome, or vehicle conversions
Proficient in using power tools, welding, and fabrication equipment
Skilled in mechanical tasks and 12V electrical systems
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Versatile and detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Experience working with classic or modern campervans, VW conversions, or motorhomes is advantageous
Reliable, hardworking, and able to interpret technical instructions accurately
