The Ideal Candidate Will:

Support a variety of learning needs across the classroom

Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction in students

Provide assistance with personal care and medical needs when required

Promote the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils

Help boost literacy and numeracy skills to raise achievement across the curriculum

Qualifications Required:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience teaching in EYFS or primary phases is desirable

Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment criteria

Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

Passion for continuous development and enthusiasm for teaching

Strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and suitable professional references
