Responsibilities include:

* Assemble and prepare cable harnesses to specification

* Perform crimping, soldering, and termination of wires and connectors

* Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality assurance

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment

* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

* Proven experience in cable assembly and crimping techniques

* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week, based in Lancing paying between £12.80-£13.80 per hour.
