ENS, LLC is seeking an Energetic, Aggressive and Experienced IT Managed Service Sales & Account Manager. Previous Information Technology support and sales experience a PLUS. Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and assume accountability for their success. They will also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, creativity and maintain flexibility with the solutions provided to clients. We offer all the support and resources necessary for a quality work environment. The successful candidate would be responsible for identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, while delivering exceptional customer service. Successful Sales Professionals have an outgoing personality, can counter objections, and are not afraid to cold call and close the business

Responsibilities:

-Develop strategic solution-oriented sales plans to increase revenue by delivering Managed Services that provide solutions to customer problems and ensures proper implementation of these solutions

-Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business; This may include cold calls, door-to-door technique, presentations/proposals, client office demonstrations and follow-up activity

-Functions as lead and primary sales resource on I.T. Solutions target accounts

-Responsible for coordinating the approach and communication strategy of new and existing accounts

-Quote and Proposal Creation

-Assist in the creation of developing new business proposals, marketing materials and presentations as needed

-Maintain records and documentation of sales efforts and business activity

-Respond quickly and with urgency to all customer and prospect inquiries

-Ensure support staff are providing the service and support as presented to the customer during the sales cycle

-Generate contracts and support documentation of implementation and service agreements

-Maintain flexibility to accept new responsibilities and challenges in order to ensure both successes both personally and for the company

Desired Skills & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree required

-A highly motivated sales professional who is honest and ethical, career focused, resilient, positive and thrives on success

-Results driven and detail oriented

-Ability to translate technology into practical terms

-Understanding of IT Managed Services

-Any technical skills such as network design, Windows Server administration and backup disaster recovery solutions a plus

-A record of proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative and solution oriented approaches with ability to work in a direct business-to-business sales

-Cooperative, team-oriented, patient and calm under pressure

-Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes and information in easy to understand terms
