We're currently looking for a proactive and detail focused Administrator to support an internally focused team, responsible for managing bpha's risk portfolio, including health and safety, as well as supporting the business by carrying out reviews on our key controls and processes and providing assurance on compliance.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly day to day, this will include:

• Organising team meetings, preparing documents and supporting follow up actions.
• Coordinating shared inboxes and handling colleague enquiries.
• Updating systems and records to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Collating documents and producing simple reports.
• Monitoring action logs and supporting colleagues with system queries.
• Helping with general administrative support wherever it's needed.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Great at communicating and building positive working relationships
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Detail oriented, accurate and reliable.
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and eager to learn new systems and processes.

Helpful experience includes:

• Working in a customer focused environment.
• Using systems or software to analyse information and produce reports.
• Working as part of a team
