Your new role
This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months. Sitting within a respected in-house legal team, you will work on a variety of transactional corporate legal matters, together with a degree of generalist and risk advisory work, thus making a notable contribution to the ongoing success of the business. You will be prominent in complex, cross-border transactions across EMEA, including M&A, restructuring and risk projects, while also advising on diverse matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer in the UK with at c. 5+ years' PQE (as a rough guide only). You will have trained in a reputable practice firm and you will have demonstrable corporate and transactional experience, with cross-border exposure beneficial. In-house experience is welcome but by no means necessary. You will be a team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to analyse and mitigate risk with a keen eye for detail and strong commercial instincts.
