Key Responsibilities:
- Technical, Market and Product Research
- Preparation of quote specifications for new and existing benefit schemes
- The negotiation of competitive terms with providers on new and existing benefit schemes
- Preparation of renewal, recommendation reports for group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing employee benefit schemes
- Preparation of annual governance reports for an employer’s workplace pension scheme
- Working on template reports, update, and review
- Issuance of insurer updates (risk, healthcare, and pension)
Skills & Experience Required
- A deep understanding of Group Risk, Healthcare, and Pensions products
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and client servicing
- CII Diploma (additional qualifications are advantageous)
- A strong track record in new business generation
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a team environment
- Providing technical support to compliment the role of the Benefit Consultants
