Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical, Market and Product Research
  • Preparation of quote specifications for new and existing benefit schemes
  • The negotiation of competitive terms with providers on new and existing benefit schemes
  • Preparation of renewal, recommendation reports for group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing employee benefit schemes
  • Preparation of annual governance reports for an employer’s workplace pension scheme
  • Working on template reports, update, and review
  • Issuance of insurer updates (risk, healthcare, and pension)

Skills & Experience Required

  • A deep understanding of Group Risk, Healthcare, and Pensions products
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and client servicing
  • CII Diploma (additional qualifications are advantageous)
  • A strong track record in new business generation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a team environment
  • Providing technical support to compliment the role of the Benefit Consultants
