What you will be doing

Communicating with contractors

• Dealing with inbound queries via telephone, SMS, email and online chat
• Proactively building relationships with contractors to ensure amazing service delivery
• Undertaking periodic service reviews
• Retaining customers as required
• Calling potential new contractors that have been referred by our recruitment agency partners:
• Providing sales illustrations
• Answering pre-sale queries
• Processing applications
• Chasing necessary documentation
• Undertaking general admin duties

What you won’t be doing

• Cold calling – the leads are all warm
• Treating customers as a number
• Working in a bland corporate office where nobody knows your name

• Really positive and enthusiastic – we want people that light up the office
• Absolute passion for providing the best possible service
• Brilliant phone manner – clear, bright and engaging voice
• Excellent written English skills – we value great spelling and grammar
• Being diligent and proactive is an absolute must
• Experience working within an umbrella company or recruitment agency would be a huge advantage
• You must have the right to work full time in the UK already
• Working 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (finishing no later than 6pm)
