Our client is a market leading multi award winning Estate Agency & Residential Lettings brand with offices across Cardiff and pride themselves on offering an unrivalled customer service experience. As one of the region’s most desirable agents to work for opportunities of this nature are very few and far between. Working out of one of their prominent branches in Cardiff you will be working as the main valuer for the branch and you results will directly affect the results of the branch through 2017.
The successful applicant must be outgoing, confident and friendly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with fellow team members are essential and you must be able to work under pressure. Passionate about property, you’ll be hungry for success, focussed on targets and completely at ease with the nuts and bolts of selling houses and have knowledge of industry regulations. You will have a professional and personable approach and be able to demonstrate your sales skills in order to sell property. You will also share in our commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service. The Ideal candidate with have a knowledge of the local area and a proven track record in Estate Agency or Residential lettings and be able to demonstrate a good work ethos and how to develop and cultivate relationships between vendors and purchasers. You will be a top performing Senior Sales Negotiator ideally with some valuation experience, although further training will be given to the right candidate if you can demonstrate a willingness to progress your career.

Key Duties Include:
·Deliver the agreed business strategies including, targets, marketing.
·Carry out all duties in line with Company Values and our Service Level Agreements.
·Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and relevant industry contacts.
·Maintain industry awareness of updated legislation and law changes to ensure the division remains compliant and follows best practices.
·Keep all databases updated accurately to ensure compliant.
·Upload property details to relevant websites, office displays etc.
·Oversee the analysis of marketing activities including inputting into social media channels
·Adhere to company policies.

Role specific requirements
·Full, current driving licence and use of a car which is insured for business use.
·Flexibility to work at multiple locations, travel and flexible working hours
·Excellent IT skills: competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Email, Excel with Photoshop or similar software experience also useful.
