An ongoing temporary opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to work for a fantastic team in a brilliant office in Mayfair!
As a Team Assistant you will working in a varied secretarial role with organisational support such as diary management, travel, events etc. as well as focusing on business and finance administration such as raising invoices, overseeing work flow of projects and assisting with reporting.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist or administrator who is looking to transition into a team assistant role! We are looking for someone who is a team player who can also take on ownership and responsibility for key tasks.
It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience in an office support role in a professional company.
