Senior Support Worker / Team Leader

Pay: £14 - £18 per hour

Experience: Minimum 2 years in care & leadership experience

Responsibilities:

* Lead shifts & supervise staff

* Medication administration & MAR charts

* Incident reporting & safeguarding

* Support care planning & risk assessments

* Ensure compliance & quality standards
