Our client is a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions in the UK, offering a comprehensive range of serviced offices, managed offices, co-working spaces, virtual offices and meeting room facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join in a Business Centre Manager role for our serviced offices in central Glasgow. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business centre.

Located in prime business locations across the UK we cater to the needs of small to medium businesses with customisable office spaces and all-inclusive monthly billing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote the business locally, prospect new clients, and build strong relationships within the community.

* Provide exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment

* Manage one staff member and coordinate with contractors such as cleaners.

* Implement local marketing strategies and business networking to attract and retain occupiers.

* Driving and increase occupancy rates

Requirements

* Previous management experience in workspace, hospitality, property, or retail sectors is advantageous.

* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.

* Highly organised with excellent business administration capabilities

* Proficiency in sales prospecting and local marketing techniques.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
