The Role

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive automation, analytics, and process optimisation, ensuring high-quality production and cost-effective manufacturing solutions. You will support maintenance teams, lead project management initiatives, and implement SCADA-based technology to enhance manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver technical expertise in electrical/electronics for complex problem-solving

* Define and implement manufacturing facilities and equipment improvements

* Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for quality and cost-effectiveness

* Incorporate SCADA systems, embedded analytics, and condition-based monitoring

* Introduce networked OEE systems and Short Interval Control strategies

* Work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers

Requirements:

* Strong background in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Production Engineering

* Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens preferred)

* Knowledge of SCADA-based system integration

* Familiarity with OEE implementation and Industry 4.0 technologies

* Strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies

* Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and project management
